Cupcakes, everybody knows what it is. It's now very popular. You can buy many products in the shape of a cupcake. And they are so cute!

Do you already have made cupcakes yourself?

Maybe you're not good in cooking, but you can also make a cupcake design on you're nails!

Fruity

Self made fruity design!

It's really easy to make.

Start with a base coat to protect your nails. Polish the top of your nails in the color of the different fruits. After that you can put the fruit slices (Ebay) on the wet polish. Let it dry en finish with a top coat. 

Matte nails

For a hole other look, you can try the matte nail polish!

You can buy a color in a matte look, 

or you can buy a matte topcoat to make your own colors matte. 

I also tried it myself, I bought a matte topcoat. 
First I polished my nails pink, the tips of my nails I polished green. For a nice effect I polished the green tips with the matte topcoat.

This nail art design isn't difficult! It's fun to make this design! 

What do you need?
- base and top coat
- different colors of nail polish
- straws
- tape

What to do?
Start with a base coat to protect your nails. Pick a color and polish your nails. This is the base color. Put the tape around your fingers, to protect your fingers for the nail polish. Make sure it's near by the edges of your nails.
Now the fun part starts! Make sure you'll put something under your nails, like a piece of paper. Because it can be messy. 
Put some nail polish on a piece of paper en dip your straw. The blow quickly to the straw to splash some nail polish on your nails. Repeat this with different colors until your satisfied. Make sure you use a different straw for each color! 
When your done, take of the tape of your nails and finish your design with a top coat!

Dried flowers nails!

This is a really nice nail art! 

It will take some time to dry the flowers, but after that it isn't much work. 

And it isn't so difficult!
You can see in the short video how to make this nail art design.

Color blocking

If you look around you and in the stores you can see so much colors!
Make a design that fits with your outfit!

What do you need?
- two or more colors nail polish
- base and top coat
- tape
- good brush

What to do?
Start with a base coat to protect your nails. Choose a design you want to make and pick the colors. Use a good brush to make perfect straight lines. If you think it's hard to make straight lines you can also use tape. If you use tape make sure the nail polish is dry. Finish your design with the top coat. 

Beautiful sunset

Now it's summer, so it's time for some summer nails!

I've found a very cute design and I've tried it myself.

It's a easy design. I'll tell you how to do it yourself!

What you need:

- nail polish (I used a base coat, a top coat, yellow, orange, pink and black)

- sponge

- dotting pencil

- nail polish remover

What to do?

Start with a base coat to protect your nails. With the sponge you'll make a mess on your fingers. So if you want to protect your fingers you can use tape at all the sides of your nails and when you're done you can remove the tape with the nail polish. You can also remove the nail polish with a little bit of nail polish remover. 

To make this beautiful design you'll need a sponge to blend the colors. Make a stripe with each of the three colors on the sponge near to each other. Make sure you'll use the right order, in this design yellow-orange-pink.The three stripes have to be as long as your nail. When you've made the stripes put them quickly on your nails, or it will dry. Put the sponge twice on your nails for a brighter look, after that use a top coat. The nail polish have to be a bit wet, so the colors will blend nicely. 

Repeat this part for every nail, because you'll have to make the stripes again for each nail. 

Make sure you're nail polish is dry when you'll start with the palm tree. Start with the trunk. It's just a stripe from the bottom till the middle of your nail. Make sure that the bottom is thicker then the top of the trunk. After that you'll can make the leaves, they start thicker and end in a point. Start from the middle, it's easier to start there. When you're done, finish with a top coat to protect you're design!

Hi there sailor!

Last week I went sailing on the sea, so time for some sailor nail art!

When I think of sailors, I think of: anchors, white, blue, red and gold. 

So I picked a view designs!

I think the designs are very cute. I also made one myself.
Always start with a base coat. After that choose the colors you want to use in your design. I started with polishing my nails blue and make white stripes. It's convenient to use a long nail art brush to make nice stripes. After finishing the stripes I made the little red harts. 

Angry Bird!

You all know the game Angry Birds!
On the internet I saw a tutorial for Angry Bird nail art! Here you can see this tutorial, I think it's really easy! 

I really like it and also tried it myself!

Fruity Nail Art

It's summer! And when I think of summer, I think of delicious fruit.
So here a couple of fruity Nail Art designs to make your summer complete!


To make your own fruity Nail design you can choose your favorite fruit. You can make the fruit yourself or you can buy a wheel with fruit slices. You can buy a wheel on eBay for a nice price.

You all know french manicure. The white stripe on the top of your nails to give them an elegant look. But it can also on a different way!

I will show you a view designs who are quick and easy!

1. You can use more colors, like in the picture.
    Start to polish your whole nail. Wait a minute and make a stripe on the top  
    of your nail in a different color.

DIY what do you need?

What do you'll need when you make your own nail art design?

- Nail Polish Remover, to remove your nail polish. You have to remove the 'old' nail polish before you start a new design, because you have to start on a clean nail. It's better for your nail and for your design! 


- Nail Polish, of course! It is useful to have different colors to make a colorful design. 


- Dotting pen, with this pen you'll make the most perfect dots on your nails. You can't miss this item! You can buy it in a hobby-shop or on eBay.

- Thin brush, to make thin stripes on your nails. If you want to make thin stripes on your nails, it is useful to have a thin brush. You can buy a set on eBay with all kind of brushes. In the set there is also a dotting pen. 

- Wheel with rhinestones, to add a glitter effect on your nails! You can also buy this kind of wheels on eBay. There are many colors available.
